Publish 94 Update to TC1

By 5:00pm ET 7/29/2016 we will be pushing a new update of Publish 94 to TC1.  The notes can be found here and be sure to send us feedback here.

挖礦工具經指定只挖石頭時，不再產生稀有寶石

BUGS  修正
1. Myrmidex spawn  蟻后死後，小怪將被清除
2. Shadowguard 噴泉關過關之後，不再產生水元素
3. Shadowguard 四王死的順序不再影響最終戰利品
4.修正某些配方ID，使其正確配合工藝種類
5.被玩家/寵物/隨從打到，不再啟動Spirituality Shield
6.修正玩家的Lower Mana Cost BUGS
7.Runic Atlas(大符石書)可以用智慧之筆(商城物品)複製了
8.Thunderstorm 不再能夠從屋內打到屋外了
